Refund policy

At Lucymaison, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to assist you with an eligible return in accordance with the policy below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, perfume, makeup, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.


Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed
  • Shapewear
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper use, washing, or normal wear

How to Request a Return

Please contact our Customer Support Team before sending any item back.

Please include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

After your request has been approved, we'll provide return instructions along with the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is the result of:

  • Receiving the wrong product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • Shipping damage

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For added security, we recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking information.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package and shipping label

Our support team will review your request and arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.


Refund Processing

After your returned package is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.


Additional Information

Please note:

  • We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order enters fulfillment.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

Return Address Notice

The address displayed on our website is our business office only and is not our return processing center.

Please do not send returns to this address. Contact Customer Support first to receive the correct return address and return authorization.
